Job Title: Business Analyst Job Purpose In this role, you will work closely with the Stakeholders/Users to understand the needs of the business. You will act as a liaison between the Stakeholders/Users to elicit and analyze the requirements and to convert them to technical requirements for Development team to build the appropriate products. You will facilitate the implementation of new products through the UAT phase and deployment phase with training sessions, demos and the preparation of appropriate documentation. Job Responsibilities Business analysis experience of 3 to 5 years Experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodology and SDLC process Serves as primary contact between stakeholders and end-users in understanding the specific business requirements and to translate the requirements into a functional documentation and technical documentation for Development team and QA team. Experience with Oracle and SQL commands Identify, analyze, elicit and document business requirements with stakeholders Facilitate implementation of new solution through UAT phase and Deployment phase. Facilitate implementation of new solutions with training sessions, demos and the preparation of appropriate documentation like User Manual, Training Guide and Demo recording. Serve as the Development team point of contact to package applications upgrade and release activities. Good communication skills in English, strong teamwork and leadership skills, as the BA's role involves the interaction across multiple business units. Good Stakeholder relationship to work with regional and global teams, onshore and offshore teams. Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
