Job Description

o Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy
o Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on related product or services such as requests for account
support and reports of potentially abusive content
o Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy

Minimum requirements:
 Multilingual, can speak and write in at least 2 of these languages - Korean, Vietnamese, Japan, B.Indonesia,
B.Malaysia, English etc.
 Bachelor Degree is desirable
 Min. 1 year prior Operations experience in a shared services, Business Process Outsourcing environment
