My client is a leading multinational software and technology company with an office located Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About the role
Reporting to Supervisor, the Junior Specialist will work closely with the other specialist roles to deliver digital services of our international customers, located all around the world. The job may include (but is not limited to) managing content provided by the customers, page updates, page reviews, video uploads, meta tag updates, creating e-mail newsletters, preparing images and banners for placement on the web (with the usage of different software).

Customer Care
Understands the needs of the clients on received tasks and delivers these tasks according to company quality standards and in timely manner

Operational Effectiveness
  • Manages content provided by the customers, page updates, page reviews, video uploads, meta tag updates
  • Creating e-mail newsletters, preparing images and banners for placement on the web (with the usage of different software)
  • Verifies the accuracy of facts, script, language, location using standard reference sources
  • Removes content if removal is requested by client
  • Communicate with clients on planning creating editing and publishing the source
  • Executing and updating pages and implementing specific information using web based content management systems
  • Monitoring the campaigns, the information on the websites with regular sanity/quality checks.
  • Gathering the input from the customers, helping them where necessary and placing the input in the email marketing systems
  • Testing the mailings to perfection and timely execution
  • Closely monitoring the campaigns and preparing reports

Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one

Skills & Experience
  • Vocational / BA / BS, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Good communication and social interaction skills with internal and external customers
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Being open to change (positive or negative) to considerable variety in the workplaces
  • Willing and able to work in an international environment and under international management
  • Accuracy, persistence, ability to prioritize and take responsibility
  • Strong customer orientation and service mindedness
  • Flexible, open minded and the ability to work in teams
  • Being reliable, responsible, dependable and fulfilling obligations
  • Taking the initiative to solve and answer to basic work related problems
  • HTML knowledge is preferred
  • Flash & Photoshop CC knowledge is a plus
  • Keen interest in internet & willingness to specialize in e-marketing
  • Result oriented and decision making skills
  • Proficient in computer usage; internet browsers and MS Office Applications
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
