To conduct feasibility study, market intelligence research, analyzing demands, trend and pricing
To conduct study tours on the latest development and to furnish a monthly report together with pictures of the development visited to the management
Work for the design development of projects including design briefs, recommending innovative or latest trend and review all design in the draft building plans
Work for the conceptualization and the review of all marketing and branding collaterals to ensure consistent delivery of brand message and the effective communication of the design intent of each project to the target markets
Follow-up with Ministry of Housing matter, eg : application of developer license, advertising permit , renewal of advertising permit & developer license, Borang 7F submission, closing HDA accounts
Attend to buyers enquiries
Handling administration tasks and other ad hoc task in Sales & Marcom Department
Min. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
Related experience in property marketing is an added advantage
Excellent in communication and presentation skills
Creative, resourceful and results-driven
Possess good team work spirit
Proficient in both spoken and written Malay, English and Chinese
Must be able to multitask, work with minimal supervision, actively provide work suggestions to the team and cope in a dynamic working environment
Good in Microsoft Power Point Presentation, Excel, and Word
