1) Job Description for Ramco HCM Functional consultant

Location: Shanghai & Kuala Lumpur

Education qualifications:


• Graduate or Post graduate in HR or similar discipline or MBA with good academics

Desired Skills:


• Minimum 3 years of experience with at least 1 full cycle of HCM implementation experience

• Experience in at least 3 of HCM Modules (Employee info, Leave, Time management, Reimbursement, Payroll and Talent management) including ESS/MSS

• Experience in Shanghai & Malaysia payroll implementation is mandatory & experience in any of the following country payroll implementation is mandatory: Shanghai/Singapore/ Philippines/ Malaysia, Dubai/ Sydney statutory compliance & Payroll

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with internal and external customers

Job Description: 
• Carryout HCM implementation from solutioning to Go live

• Develop implementation plan for functional modules within the frame work of overall project plan

• Discuss and provide solution for customer requirements (Prepare MoM for solution discussion meetings)

• Guide the users in arriving at codification and system parameters for the system

• Prepare solution definition document and get sign off from customer

• Suggest work around and provide solution through various Ramco tools

• Explain master data collection formats and coordinate for data collection with customer

• Provide Product Feature Specifications to the technical personnel for development of screens, reports and customizations (if any).

• Prepare user manuals specific to project

• Conduct training for User Champions

• Prepare test cases, test & certify the solution provided by delivery team

• Support delivery team during configuration for clarifications

• Coordinate with technical consultant for Master and transaction data uploading

• Support User acceptance test, live preparation and go-live along with Technical consultant

• Provide Implementation post live support

2) JOB DESCRIPTION for RAMCO HCM TECHNICAL CONSULTANT - SHANGHAI & KUALA LUMPUR

Role: Technical Consultant

Location: Shanghai & Kuala Lumpur

What we look for in a candidate:


 Graduate in Information Technology/Computer science with good academics

 Knowledge in Microsoft SQL or C++, Java

 Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with internal customers

 Be a team player

 Good communication and documentation skills

 Any additional language apart from mother tongue would be an added advantage

 Experience: 3-8 years

Roles & Responsibilities:


• Build business logics using SQL Stored Procedures

• Conceptualize, Design and develop reports

• Configure work flow

• Help client to Upload Master and transaction Data

• Support implementation rollout for APAC HCM projects

• Do unit testing for developed objects

• Maintain version control of all SQL objects

• Technical documentation

3) JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HCM PROJECT MANAGER - PHILIPPINES


Qualification: Graduate or Post graduate in HR or similar discipline or MBA with good academics

Experience: 7-12 Years

Desired Skills:



• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HCM payroll implementation.

• Should have hands-on experience in any large products like Oracle, PeopleSoft OR SAP HCM Product.

• Multi-Country payroll experience, excellence in client handling will be an added advantage.

• Have excellent interpersonal skills, be strong and effective communicators who can persuade and influence others and possess the ability to interact with all levels of an organization.

• PMI/PMP Certification is an added advantage.

• Able to Manage Implementation of Ramco solution for the customer, reporting to their Key Stakeholders

• Experience in handling multiple projects and managing a team of 5-10 people. People management skill required and demonstrated ability on the same

• Highly motivated, self-starter. Should have good interpersonal and communication skills

• Open to travel


Job description



• The Project manager will be responsible for effective delivery at the right Cost, Quality and Time for multiple Human Capital management projects across Western India for Ramco, operating from Mumbai.

• He /she will lead the application and business process consulting associated with the implementation of Ramco HCM applications including Core HCM, payroll, time management, performance management, recruitment applications etc.

• Will be responsible for managing and coordinating all resources involved with the software implementation.

• Will use structured implementation methodology, manage project risks, and manage project administration.

• Will effectively track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns via status reports and communication to management.

• Work in concert with Business Sponsors and Analysts, Development Team and QC Testing Team throughout the Project life cycle.
