Job Description

As a Recruitment Analyst you will become part of a dynamic team of analysts who work to find the top talent, define evaluation methods, fine-tune our process, and continuously innovate how to redefine global hiring. You will be responsible for evaluating candidates and maintaining recruitment tests.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment and evaluating candidates profiles.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Strong commitment to excellent quality of your work.

  • Ability to discern language proficiency through a minimal amount of audible evidence.

  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.

  • Agile (nimble) mindset allowing the frequently change direction to continually improve processes.

  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Positive attitude.
