Their solutions comprise of online sales, project-based marketing, events and promotions that can be delivered across the South East Asia region.

Developing and implementing Regional Sales strategies and initiatives to maintain and grow market share
• Analyze market trends
• Actively look into competitors movement to identify active prospects
• Act as a leader in identifying prospects and opportunities
• Research and understand client’ background and projects
• Act as a liaison between team and internal stakeholders to coordinate activities undertaken jointly
• Monitor, track and report on sales and revenue against budget and forecasts
• Explore viable new business opportunities including partnerships, service agreements and new sales channels 

Plan, direct and monitor activities for team members
• Coach and develop team members with right behaviors such as taking ownership of function, working collaboratively with other functions that offer the solutions (marketing, events, etc), constantly suggest improvements to strategies that can improve sales
• Develop and execute individual’s annual revenue and sales forecasts
• Develop and execute individual and team sales strategies to drive revenue for the business
• Develop sales strategy, new packages and special campaigns to acquire new clients
• Spearhead all key account events and tradeshows
• Work closely with direct reports to ensure activities are aligned to business strategy and business priorities
• Work closely with direct reports to strategize and develop account plan
• Monitor progress of sales activities and performance of team members
• Monitor the progress of business priorities
• Ensure sales team adhere to core values of company
• Verify commission claims of each team members prior to approval by Head of Business 

Build effective working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with Operations team, Events, Consumer Marketing, Editor, Designer, Finance and the clients to carry out media events and campaigns smoothly
• Work with the Events team to cover local and overseas events when necessary
• Develop and manage relationships with media agencies and key strategic accounts
• Develop and improve internal sales process continuously 

Actively build and develop a high performing team
• Provide leadership to Account Management and Business Development teams
• Consistently look to improve the quality of the team and functional heads
• Continuously seek and provide opportunities for development and training where appropriate
• Actively lead and manage the performance of direct reports
• Hire and train a sales team across account management and new business skill sets to ensure the sustainability of the business unit 

Motivate the team to perform
• Always work with direct reports to ensure activities are aligned to the goals of the company
• Recommend incentives and rewards scheme to Head of Business
• Recognize your team for personal and team achievement
• Key Accountability: 

Monitor activity and Sales Progress Reporting on CRM
• Ensure team members update the CRM with clear and accurate details of activities such as calls and appointments
• Update sales pipeline 

Accurate and timely reporting of sales performance and attend regular meetings
• Constantly feedback to Management on the market news
• Prepare weekly sales report to share with Head of Business
• Generate weekly reporting to show the number of calls, number of appointments, number of proposals, value of proposals, sales closed and value of sales closed
• Attend regular meeting with Senior Managers and team members
Financial KPIs
• Growth in revenue across sales streams in account management and new business
• Aim to achieve 100% of the team sales target
• Ensure standard payments terms with existing clients
• Manage payment and bad debts to ensure revenue is accounted for

Education Qualifications & Certificates:
• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Media/Advertising, e-Commerce, Business Development or related field
Work Experience
• At least 12 years of experience in a Sales, Media, Internet Marketing or Customer Service environment
• Experience working in a digital or online sales environment
• Experience working in Property Development industry will be an added advantage
• Have developed and managed a winning team
