Develop sales plans and formulate short and long term strategies to achieve the overall sales targets
To plan sales activities, manage and monitor the overall sales performance, lead and drive the sales team to achieve sales targets
To recruit, select, appraise, develop / motivate the sales team and cultivate a productive and effective sales personnel
To review and comment on advertising materials to ensure that the marketing message and collaterals are aligned with the product brief
To develop in-depth understanding of major market segments through market research and project bench-marking
To manage and ensure the overall sales administrations will function effectively such as down payment collection, sales and purchase agreements, Letter of Offer from end-financier and other related matters
At least 5 years’ experience in property development industry involved in similar capacity
Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies or Real Estate Management.
Excellent communication skills, preferably Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin or Cantonese
Able to build good relationship with sales team
Able to express creative ideas to market the property to both local and international buyers
Strong interpersonal, leadership and management skills
Proactive, mature, positive and able to work independently
