Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing Trakomatic's Kuala Lumpur office operations
  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks.
  • Prepare monthly salaries, assist in recruitment and disciplining employees. 
  • Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls and hosting visitors.
  • Liaise with vendors to procure office equipment, stationaries and other assets needed. 
  • Assist in paying bills while maintaining account transactions up-to-date. 
  • Help organize company events and activities. 
  • Design filing systems and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures. 
  • 3-5 years working experience in administrative and office operations. 
  • Knowledge in payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. 
  • At least Diploma level qualification. 
  • With financial background will be an advantage. 
  • Pleasant disposition and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams. 
  • Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are a must. 
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills 
  • Strong ability to in a fast-paced and fluid environment. 
  • Passionate self-starter, a team player with a positive attitude.
