  • Provide end-to-end solution of Talent acquisition for all the business units.

    Evaluating and sourcing potential candidates using every tool in your possession from cold calling, networking, job postings, employee referrals, LinkedIn connections, referrals, etc. to identify a diverse slate of candidates.

    Work closely with the other team members in terms of guiding and leading them

    Participates and leads special projects as needed, such as new implementations or enhancements in the process

    Achieves or exceeds targeted/set staffing metrics

    Keeps abreast of employment market trends/ opportunities and evaluates impact on the hiring plans and forecasts. Recommends or initiates action for staffing initiatives as it relates to market conditions/trends.

    Develops, supports and maintains strong partner relationships with hiring managers and functional leaders.

    Organize & Attends job fairs to support existing college relations and other hiring programs.

    Explore new technology of sourcing tools/applications to build up the funnel and enhance the candidate pool.

    Performs other duties as assigned.
