Job Description :

* Up to S$4.3K Base+gd benefits!

Our Client is one of the leading global sports apparel MNC with a
prestigious history.
Responsibilities:

* Business Excellence

* Management & administration of the Global Debit Note SharePoint (The
DRAFT), including maintaining system logics, enhancements,
troubleshooting etc.

* Administration of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) BOTs, including
liaising with Global Accounting Operations on BOTs schedule runs,
issues, migration etc.

* Develop and maintain complex macro and formulated excel templates

* Develop and maintain Excel Add-In using VBA and XML

* Build data analytic reports using interactive data visualization
software e.g. Tableau, Power BI

* Create and maintain desktop procedures (DTP) and system process flows

* Participate and support in system related testing and projects

* Any ad-hoc duties as required including accounting activities

* Partnering Support/ Process Improvement

* Partner Global team to support Business, Geographies, Financial
Planning & Forecasting team in Debit Note expense reports and data
analysis

* Research on system flows to identify root causes, assess the
financial impact, and summarize the findings

* Develop reporting capabilities from/with factory partners to enable
better visibility and decision making

* Partner with Global Technology teams to build and deliver accounting
system requirements

Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree in Computing/Accountancy related qualifications

* At least 3 years work experiences in corporate MNC

* Advanced Excel knowledge, SharePoint and VBA is required

* SAP Knowledge is preferred

* Has accounting experiences and/ or good understanding of AP and GL
activities

* Demonstrated track records in the development and maintenance of
SharePoint, Complex macro and formulated excel templates, Excel
Add-In using VBA

* Experience in partnering IT team to deliver accounting system
requirements

* Experience in research work on system flows to identify root causes
