Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​
Main Role & Tasks

* Assist in organizing campus-related events and activities (liaising
with campus reps for event dates, preparation of event collaterals
with EB i.e. e-posters, scheduling of event dry-runs, venue booking
where applicable), following up with speakers for confirmation of
materials, profiles, post-event reports and event-related tasks

* Asist in scholar engagement activities ie building calendar, liasing
with scholars, organizing events

* Assist in organizing internal intern community events

* Assist with sourcing & compiling young talent stories and events to
be featured on Maxis’s social media pages

* Other Young Talent-relevant projects as and when necessary

Other Role & Tasks

* Assist in graduate programmes' lifecycle

* Assist in internship related tasks

* Other Young Talent-relevant projects as and when necessary

Preferred and Desirable Skills :

* Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal & written)

* Enjoys interacting and working with new groups of people/colleagues
internally and externally

* Fast learner, friendly and approachable

* Keen interest in HR & Project Management or similar ( prior
experience in project management is an advantage)

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior
experience in an office environment is an advantage)

* Solid organization skills and attention to detail
