Job Description
- Assist in Supervise Accounting and Banking department

- Understand and Well arrange in the Group's business strategy and direction.

- Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.

- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary to ensure statutory requirements are fulfilled in timely manner.

- Provide and interpret financial information.

- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

- Research and report on Accounting factors influencing business performance.

- Formulate strategic and long-term business plans.

- Analyze the financial status of competitors and market trends.

- Arrange new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities.

- Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.

- Assist in due diligence of research and analysis on investment prospects.

- Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts (e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue).

- Keeping abreast of changes in financial and taxation regulations and legislation.

Job Requirement:

- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

- At least 2 years Experience on Senior Position in Financial Team.

- Familiar with Domestic / International taxation & financial or treasury legislation (including withholding tax, double tax treaty, SST/GST requirement, etc).

- Candidate with financial professional certification or degree are encourage to apply

- Preferably exposure to online business.

- Must be able to read, write & speak in Mandarin
