This position reports directly to the Head of Partnership, Direct Marketing of Consumer Responsible for driving existing business and assist in strategic business planning with key focus on existing and new sales channels to the company.
- To meet agreed performance and financial target
- To develop and explore new distribution channel such as POS, digital, mobile marketing and etc.
- To develop and nurture sponsor/bank partners for DM business
Good analytical skill, Result oriented, Creative and able to multi tasks effectively
Possess excellent business acumen and resourceful
Have good interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and be part if the team player
Insurance and financial product knowledge preferred
Appreciate and understand Compliance and Controls
Good computer skills and familiarity in Microsoft Offices are required Experience
Tertiary education with minimum 10 years working experience
Insurance industry and/or direct marketing, or retail industry background will be an added advantage Qualifications
Minimum Diploma holder. Degree holders preferred
