Company Profile
We are representing a Japanese based full service advertising agency, they are knows as one of the largest
marketing organization in the world.

Job Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with Clients
  • Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s advertising campaigns/deliverables.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, Client at manager and executive levels.
  • Oversees and Monitors work performance of Account Executive and provides solutions and guidance to issues within her/his capacity.
  • Any issues/problem beyond AM’s capacity to solve must be escalated to Account Director in a timely manner.
  • Works with client to determine the scope of work, develops the Creative Brief & Timeline based on that scope.
  • Creates estimates and presents them to client and communicates client approval to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Client’s needs and objectives, accurately.
  • Provide updates to Account Director on projects being managed
  • Track billing, 3rd party cost and Gross Margin for every Client job/project and provide Account Director monthly report.
  • Enhance department and organization’s reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum 4 years of experience required with marketing/advertising background preferably from an ad agency
  • Familiarity with traditional and non traditional advertising processes and requirements.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Has digital understanding
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skill and risk management skills
  • Adapt in using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
