Job Description
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (AR)

Job Description/Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely recording of accurate accounting and finance source data into accounting system.
  • Issuing of invoices, notes and other related documentation as required.
  • Responsible for Accounts Receivables.
  • Keep up-to-date accounts receivable information by matching payment to invoices paid by customer accurately and promptly.
  • Any ad-hoc assignment given by superior or head of department (i.e. Administrative duties)
Job Requirement:-
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM / "A" Level / Professional Certificate, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Segambut.
  • Candidates with experience in Account Receivable is an added advantage.
  • Preferably non-executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin or Local Dialect
  • Three vacancies available
  • Serious candidates only.
  • Degree in Accounting, LCCI higher qualification or other qualification related to the field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialising in Accounting.
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
  • A team player and able to work indipendently with minimal supervision.
