• Able to handle full set of management accounts.
• Assist in process to ensure procedure, documentation and system in order
• Assist with various ad-hoc tasks that may arise.
• Balance sheet accounts reconciliation.
• Involved in SST submission & company income tax.
• To liaise with both internal and external parties according to instruction.
• Verifying staff claims and scanning of receipts.
• Involved in general office administrative work.
• Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Optional: Chinese
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance – General Accounting or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and good communication skills.
• Good team player with positive working attitude.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess own transport and to be based in PJ.
