Job Description
  • Handle Full set of Account.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations and reporting.
  • Maintaining and update Fixed Assets.
  • Assist in automating processes and procedures.
  • Analyzing the financial documents and reports.
  • To prepare and control on the company’s budget.
  • To prepare schedules for the required items in balance sheet and income statement.
  • Assist with financial audits and tax return paperwork.
  • Process invoices and payments.
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in ensuring financial compliance.
  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Manager and Financial Controller.
Job Requirements:
  • B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of debits/credits and accounting principles.
  • At least ONE year of General Ledger, Account Receivable, Account Payable or Taxation experience for Executive position
  • Must have minimum intermediate-advanced level Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems with multiple variables.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong skills in working with expenses, accounting and ability to reconcile accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, in English.
  • Must be a strong team player, highly motivated and able to work under pressure during peak periods.
  • Ability to review grant and contract documents for terms and conditions.
  • Problem solving skills
