Administration Assistant – Global Mobility Services
Responsibilities :

• Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including providing support such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc

• Assist in preparing reports, maintaining appropriate filing systems including monitoring and sending of files to filing room

• Answer and redirect phone calls with tact

• Organize and schedule appointments

• Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos and letters

• Update and maintain GMS database, contact lists and distribution lists as needed

• Prepare and monitor invoices

• Send or collect documents from clients

• Travel to Income Tax or Immigration offices

• Handle sensitive information in confidence

• Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM qualification

• Diploma in Administration or equivalent preferred

• Preferably minimum 1 year work experience in a similar capacity

• Skilled in document management and proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
