Company:

The client runs a Speaking and Executive Coaching company based in North Carolina, USA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support
• Calendar management
• Make sure all appointments and arrangements are done properly
• Help with organizing the client's schedule
• Other ad-hoc tasks as requested

Skills:

• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong command of the English language both spoken and written
• Experience with using the following:
• MS Excel
• MS Word
• Fast and precise typing skills
• Writing experience
• Being Prompt/On Time
• No Procrastination and a self starter
• Consistent Follow-up
• Well organized and able to work well under pressure
• Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - US EST
• Amenable to start immediately
