Very good communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and speaking)
Strong knowledge of Android Messages, Dialer, and Contacts or similar messaging apps.
Experience with testing apps on multiple Android device manufacturers (OEMs). Experience with Android Messages app or similar messaging apps a plus.
Proficient in RCS Terminologies.
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues including capture and analysis of client logs.
Ability to troubleshoot bug and different types of crash reports.
Strong knowledge in 'adb shell' to capture logs and install/upgrade/downgrade different versions of Android Messages.
Experience with Android Flash-station to install/upgrade/downgrade different versions of Android OS.
Passthrough bugs to corresponding Internal Teams where intervention required. Ability to take judgment calls on relative importance of bugs and feature requests and negotiate with clients & internal teams as needed

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
