• Very good communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and speaking)
• Strong knowledge of Android Messages, Dialer, and Contacts or similar messaging apps.
• Experience with testing apps on multiple Android device manufacturers (OEMs). Experience with Android Messages app or similar messaging apps a plus.
• Proficient in RCS Terminologies.
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues including capture and analysis of client logs.
• Ability to troubleshoot bug and different types of crash reports.
• Strong knowledge in 'adb shell' to capture logs and install/upgrade/downgrade different versions of Android Messages.
• Experience with Android Flash-station to install/upgrade/downgrade different versions of Android OS.
• Pass through bugs to corresponding Internal Teams where intervention required.
• Ability to take judgment calls on relative importance of bugs and feature requests and negotiate with clients & internal teams as needed
• Experience to debug messaging flow in client log.
