o Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
o Must have:
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Microsoft Windows based Operating systems [Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016].
• Linux based operating systems.
• Basic database/SQL command knowledge.
• Knowledge of Internet Information Services (IIS), and Apache configuration and management.
• Understanding of scripting (VBScript, JavaScript, Windows batch scripts, PowerShell, .. also Linux/Unix shell scripting).
• Experience in ITIL best practices.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in application support.
o Plus:
• Experience in release deployment/automation and related tools (e.g. Jenkins).
o Problem Solving and troubleshooting techniques.
o Process oriented.
o Good Documentation skills.
