Application support Lead
Requirement
  • Preferred skill(s): ASP.NET, MS SQL, ITIL Certified, C# 
  • Required language(s): English (Read / Write / Spoke) 
  • Work independently, responsibility, self-discipline and team-player 
  • Preferred having general insurance industry background 
Scope:
  • To diagnose or troubleshoot incidents / problems based on Service Now tickets and recover the incident within SLA. 
  • To manage the reported incident / problem until closure. 
  • To contribute and review Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on issues reported by users. 
  • To manage high severity incidents and coordinate incidents conference call. 
  • To escalate/collaborate with other team member to resolve the reported incidents/problems. 
  • To coordinate thorough testing of the developed solution. 
  • To provide regular feedback and status of issues to the stakeholders. 
  • To configure automated system alerts and perform pro-active monitoring.
