Roles and Responsibilities:
The person’s main role is to prepare and upgrade the test environments to be ready for system and user acceptance testing.
The role would involve preparing installation guide, install and configure the various new software releases and changes into the testing environment, troubleshoot errors coming out of the system and helpingto diagnose application faults if necessary.
The role requires extensive interaction with client project teams and various other IT support teams.
We are looking for technically inclined resource though they may not have or require deep technical experience in all the tools and application in use.
Experience and Qualification:
 Bachelor’s Degree in a Technology Discipline or an equivalent
 Working experience of about 1-3 years in IT Application area
 Some background in software development/ testing/ maintenance/support.
 Experience in supporting Banking solutions and good general technical IT experience.
 Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Sharepoint.
 Good written and spoken English
 Training will be provided but candidate must be independent & a fast learner.
 Must be able to work in a team, of at least 4-8 people.
 This role will require the candidate to work on 2 shifts
