Job Description
Job Description / Role & Responsibility:
  • To manage allocated KPI is deliver timely/accurately 
  • To coincides with the operation KPI/activities are executed and achievable 
  • To manage Annual Training action plan 
  • To manage the implementation of IDT/IDI at dealership for dealer self-realiance and speecd up penetration 
  • To provide interim/periodic report of training operation and management and to execute suitable C/M for optimum result 
  • To plan department’s budget and to review for appropriate adjustment to coincides with KPI/activities 
  • To manage dealer technician HQSP qualification validation thru annual renewal test (GR & BP) 
  • To gauge Training effectiveness and quality thru on-site evaluation 
  • To obtain Self-Reliance License of GR & BP for new Ki thru renewal process 
  • To enhance associates skill thru human resource development (technical & non-technical) 
  • To manage National/Regional Technician Skill Contest 

Qualification / Requirement:
  • Degree in business administration, human resource or equivalent. 
  • Minimum 3 years work experience. 
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds. 
  • High competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Project Management. 
  • Self-motivated with good planning, problem solving and analytical skill. 
  • Good communication and presentation skill. 
  • Able to work under pressure and meet to deadline.
