Job Description

  • Ensure monthly period close process is in line with the timeline set by corporate.
  • Provide monthly accounting and performance reports to respective process owners and highlight key variances.
  • To maintain minimum internal and external audit issues.
  • Ensure budgetary and forecast process are in line with the requirements of the respective centres and also corporate.
  • Assist in internal audits as and when applicable.
  • To comply with best practices and enhance corporate governance for entities supported.
  • Ensure process documentations are updated for all processes.
  • Ensure compliance of Period Close process and negative assurance on quarterly basis.
  • Ensure corporate reporting requirements are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure timely submission of tax forecast and estimation to minimize tax exposure and penalties.
  • Monitor, guide, motivate and provide advice to the analysts in preparing the journal entries and monthly schedules/reports
  • Assist FM & FC to review the monthly journal entries and all schedules and reports are prepared accurately and timely by the analysts.
  • Assist RM & FC to implement process standardization and improvement including enhanced reporting formats and shorter reporting time used.

  • Degree holder - Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance or holder of a recognized professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA & etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years related / commercial experience in accounting and finance field in various industries.Preferably candidates from Shared Service Centre
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Subang jaya.
  • Working day - Mon - Fri 8.30 am - 5.30pm
