Job Description

To assist the Head of Department to lead and to manage IT operation and support team

Responsible for supporting, maintaining and optimizing Infrastructure and Systems Operation.

To attend to any problems encountered in software and hardware for L2 and L3 in the most diligent manner and keep track of such incidents and the way they have been solved and within agreed SLA.

Manage and involve in the development of the application system according to the system specification provided. Focus on departmental short term and long term goals.

Creating and executing effective communication plans

Ensure the appropriate applications of IT methodologies and standards in projects and lead continuous improvement.

Write a knowledge-based document for every new issue resolved

Supporting mission critical applications during in various time zones.

Assist in coding to develop and maintain proprietary software and translate detailed design into computer software, including test, debug and finalize software.

Able to analyze user requirements and work with developers in enhancing, supporting & customizing software applications to improve the existing standard.

Liaising with users to gather and understand technical and business requirements.

Adept at creating test cases, screen designs, database schema, use-case diagrams, detailed flow charts etc to outline system functionality and processes.

Maintaining systems and user documentations – system requirement specification, system design specification, test plan and etc.

Read and interpret product log files.
