Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
  •  Contact window with customer on all concerns (CCDA, LO MR and TS) and material supplier
  • Assist the managing superior for any improvement needed within her merchandising team and continue enhancing merchandising work task
  • Monitor and manage the team to deliver the set of KPI’s related to samples and bulk production
  • Check randomly the created/updated BOM in PLM system to ensure the correctness of the entries and ensure the shared information to related department are accurate
  • Track and lead the team on all approvals related to Buy Ready and its KPI
  • Monitor the sample WIP being done by the team member to ensure correctness and on time submission to customer
  • Check the uploaded BOM of all materials from PLM to IPLEX2 to ensure complete and accurate information shared to related department concerning the bulk production
Job Qualifications
  • College graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a garment manufacturing firm
  • Experienced in apparel/ garment merchandising with sales or trading background
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication
  • Possess strong personality, people-oriented and a team player
  • Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision
