Creating new product series for the A/P Automotive market
Building up the network in A/P to ensure innovative solutions for the Automotive market
Develop custom engineered solutions for AP Automotive from sample production to large scale production
Develop and customize new process/material/product to meet new requirement and customer specification.
Provide sales supports and assistance when required for Automotive market
Travel for customer visits in Asia Pacific Automotive market e.g. China, India, Thailand, S.Korea, Japan and etc.
Liaise with colleagues from Germany to maintain the relationship & communication related to Automotive business.
To attend Global PD Automotive Team meeting.
Review of customer related regulatory matters and requirements
Coordinate external / internal testing required for OEM approvals
Organise compound transfer from other locations to A/P
Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained for work done according to respective SOPs
To provide back up support to PD Industry / Consumer / Raw Material when necessary or during absence
Any other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
