Description: Responsible for Direct Marketing functions for Consumer Division To manage and execute direct marketing campaigns including engaging and coordinating with all relevant internal and external stakeholders involved in ensuring:
Launching marketing campaigns on agreed timeline
To meet agreed performance and financial target
To implement, plan and execute retention strategies
Good analytical skill, Result oriented, Creative and able to multi tasks effectively
Possess excellent business acumen and resourceful
Have good interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and be part if the team player
Insurance and financial product knowledge preferred
Appreciate and understand Compliance and Controls
Good computer skills and familiarity in Microsoft Offices are required
Tertiary education with minimum 3 years working experience
Insurance industry and/or direct marketing, or retail industry background will be an added advantage

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
