Job Requirements • Diploma, Bachelor's degree or professional degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent • Experience with JQuery and must have worked with and/or developed plugins. • Experience with MVC Asp.Net web application development • Experience with Web API development is a plus • Experience with incorporating client-side scripting into .Net server controls is a plus. • Familiar with integrating a front-end web application to back-end services via AJAX/JSON/REST. • Good understanding of user-experience design and principles. • Experienced in web application development using ASP.NET • ** Fresh graduated candidates also encouraged to apply **

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
