Bilingual Customer Support (English & Thai Speaking)
Job Description :
• Function as a role model.
• Contribute to ensure an environment based on high performance culture.
• Continuously participating in improvement processes in order to contribute to effectiveness and efficiency within the team and the Market.
• Takes initiative in helping others- buddying, highlighting bottlenecks.
• Takes responsibility, correcting problems quickly and decisively.
• Supporting the communication channels in place, in order to ensure alignment within the team members.
• Supporting the Operations Manager in identifying team’s needs and facilitate solutions
• Handle stressful situations or difficult customers in a calm & professional manner.
• Handle escalations in roadside assistance and in customer service cases prior to the OM.
• Bachelor Degree
• Native in local market language
• Acceptable in English in case English is not a market language
• Preferably fluent in one of the other market’s/region’s languages
• Negotiation skills + Sales Skills
• Preferable driver’s license, technical vehicle related education and general interest in automotive
• IT and CMS skills
•14 months validity of passport and English translated bachelor degree certificates
