To build a competent team which comprises the Salesmen and Counter Sales team and branch operations through building the bench strength across all these departments.
To act as the key member of the Sales Management Team and to ensure the execution of the sales growth strategies through a robust performance management system and processes.
The incumbent is responsible to recruit, train, develop and motivate the Salesman and Counter Sales team and Branch Operations to raise the level of service and ensuring customer's satisfaction.
Provide leadership to grow the sales and profit of the branch operations in Inanam, Kota Kinabalu
Development of sales staffs' selling skills
Track and pace sales achievement and build tactical sales plans to address any shortfalls in sales achievements on a timely manner
Build a culture of highly responsive customer relationship management (dealing with complaints on product quality, customer service standards, other experiences with NHF) and ultimately strengthening customer relationships based on measurable objectives (meeting internal and external customer needs)
To coordinate and work effectively with various departments in HQ to ensure supply timelines are met and drive towards meeting sales target
Responsible for preparing sales forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels on-hand to balance out "Stock Availability for Sale" and "Optimal Inventory Level on Hand" in the branch
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other related tasks as and when needed
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
Ability to work on Microsoft Office programs (including but not limited to Excel, Powerpoint, working experience in a fully integrated ERP environment will be preferred.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
