Responsibilities
  • To assist the Managing Director to identify a sustainable business strategy and develop plans to ensure sales growth and profitability.
  • To enlarge existing distributor network and customer base as a key mission to increase sales to meet the southern region sales targets.
  • To identify / appoint and support new distributors in the southern region.
  • Cultivate teamwork with the HQ sales team and technical service team to ensure smooth and effective implementation of sales policies and objectives.
  • Manage customers expectation and fulfilling customers orders and requirements.
  • To attend and provide technical updates / support including product training to distributors, customers, government authorities, consultants, contractors, plumbers and other stake holders in the region.
  • Work closely with authorities in conjunction with head office and QA team to obtain approvals and other certifications.


Requirement
  • A Bachelors Degree in Engineering or relevant professional qualifications.
    Regional sales exposure in a related industry (such as Industry, Utility, Building).
  • With a minimum 6 years of working experience focused on sales management in the last 3 years, preference with regional sales experience.
  • A sound record of sales achievements.
  • Multinational company work experience is preferred.
  • Distributor channel management experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
  • Candidates who can start work immediately is an added advantage.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Must be hands on and running, not office based.
