Brand Activation team strategizes and manages brand campaigns in engaging consumers to build brand awareness and to influence purchase decision which is ultimately growing business ROI and brand equity.
Youll be working hand-in-hand with the Brand Managers and event companies, helping the Brand Activation Manager to develop 360 brand activations to provide a seamless, on-going and relevant consumer interaction, from defining consumer relevant positioning to planning and implementing supporting activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare agency brief based on agreement of campaign scoping:
  • Establish campaign background and objective with the right product proposition
  • Target audience and SOBs
  • Rational and emotional belief
  • Purchase drivers and barriers
  • No. consumers required for trial to hit KPIs
  • Development of the 360 campaign strategy & plan including:
    • Consumer & retailer touchpoints required
    • Deployment plan
    • Creative adaptions and key message requirements
  • Creative development of consumer engagement touchpoints which are relevant to campaign objectives (i.e. lighters, macaron, sound pod, scent pod, etc)
  • NTA / Trina / Adhoc STA as 121 Platform:
    • Creative development of comms and touchpoints
    • Production and deployment of touchpoints
    • Outlet targeting & routing
    • Development of overall M.O and outlet targeting
    • Activation performance monitoring and evaluation
  • FFOP - Development of M.O and outlet targeting
  • Development of posters, banners, email blast, PC wallpaper & screensaver, ad hoc HQ events (Whats Up session) incl. Corporate Conference, EdX engagement, market attachment, CI cascade.

  • Requirements:
    1. Min of 3 years working experience in marketing/advertising and/or similar roles within an FMCG organization.
    2. Awareness of product development, trade and consumer insights, copy strategy and ATL/BTL communication.
    3. Strong analytic skill & logical/creative thinking.
    4. Good management and interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders.
    6. Commercial approach to all activities.
    7. Possess exceptional initiative and strong decision-making ability.
    8. Affinity with analytical activities and software systems.
