Job Description
• We are looking for an Operational Excellence Practitioner with very strong capabilities in Process Improvement, Project Management, Change Management and Stakeholder Management in the capital markets business. We would like the candidate to have proven capabilities in delivering high impact initiatives, effective communication and negotiation and strong initiative and drive.
• You should be highly structured, a self-starter, an innovative thinker and a problem solver and have demonstrated success in building lasting relationships with business partners.
• You will work closely with the Senior Management team to push the OE agenda for the Group, Country and GBS operations staff and drive certification and training/coaching within the organisation.
• You will own the OE targets as defined with the Senior Management Team and drive the project deliverables.
• Furthermore, you will ensure that the Senior Management Team are kept updated and abreast of plans and achievements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of Project planning and governance for multiple projects and requirements for successful implementation
• Effective communication through oral, written and presentations to executives across levels
• Knowledge of FM products and processes is desirable
• Facilitating working sessions/workshops for mid and senior leadership will be an advantage
• Certified Six Sigma and/or Lean Management practitioner preferred.
• Understanding of statistical analyses, Ops research & analytics. Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive results.
• Ability to guide, coach and build strong, collaborative relationships with team members and foster a productive team environment. Seeking diverse views to encourage innovation and high performance, and demonstrated the ability to get the best out of his team
• A good understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Design Thinking and Agile will be a definite plus.
• Degree holder, preferably a Master qualification
• 3-5 years of experience in Operations, preferably in Financial Markets Operations
