• Minimum 3 years in the area of the related field. • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for • improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. • Performing a requirements analysis. • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members • and management. • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing • useful reports. • Working closely with lead BA, technical team, and management. • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. • Performing user acceptance testing. • Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures. • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and the delivery team. • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
