- Communicating with project stakeholders, gathering requirements, and making sense of these requirements in order to ensure that the end products will solve the business problems at hand.
- Recognize the changes to the project scope in order to effectively meet project stakeholders' requirements
- Solving the solution design, identify and solving problems which affecting the business solution, works closely with the project manager to analyze the existing business systems and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work with project stakeholders to gather and elicit the business requirements for further documenting and project planning.
- Facilitate the acceptance process, which ensures the deliverables are built according to the initial requirements.
- Involves during product testing and evaluation as providing quality assurance and control and communicating the deliverables state to the project stakeholders.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
