• Experience in Electronic toll collection and clearing house experience.
• Preparing, facilitating, documenting, and participating in meetings/ workshops
• Developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements and functional specifications to identify gaps between current state and future state
• Creating business requirement documents (BRD’s) into use cases/functional specifications for customization
• Requirements gathering, functional requirements, user stories and documenting business/data/application/technology architectures, requirements and business rules 
• Experience in managing business and system requirement for medium to large scale system solution enterprise especially in e-payment industry
• Experience and knowledge in smart card applications and technology, mobile application, web-based application, and back office clearing system are added advantage
• Experience in financial business processes is added advantage
• Strong presentation skills, executing related project. 
• Good communication skills.
• 6-8 years’ experience
