Responsibilities: Utilizing various methods of business development including cold calling and networking, to expand the companys clientele in accordance with the business direction Maintain an excellent business relationship with the companys existing clients Possess a deep understanding of the companys business model and value proposition Drafting business proposals and negotiating terms with stakeholders Identifying and mapping business strengths to customer needs
Requirements: The applicant should have a Degree in related fields with a minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably in the recruitment industry Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written, is a must The applicant is required to have a proven track record in hunter-sales and business development, along with excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills Applicant must possess solid analytical skills to understand competitive trends and develop solutions to these challenges The position is open to Malaysians and expats who are currently residing in Malaysia

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
