- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Services Industry
- Strong in Corporate Consulting Sales especially in contract staffing.
- He should a leader, creative with good energy and passion.
- Should have a good track record in acquiring the new clients.
- Strong knowledge on IT Recruitment Cycle both Permanent & Contract.
- Must to have good track record in closures and sales in contract staffing business.
- Good Communication Skills is must.
Role and Responsibilities
- Able to handle 3 to 4 recruiters independently.
- Love to interact, solve the problems and motivate the Recruiters
- Required to use various marketing tools for generating the leads & business.
- Primary responsibility to acquire new clients and generate the contract staffing numbers consistently every month.
- This position is purely performance oriented role.
