Job Description
*  Development of partner network within the recruitment industry. 
*  Client interaction, Talent Acquisition ,Making new clients. 
*  Development and implementation of strategic international marketing plans for increasing the business. 
*  Account Management and recruitment function rendering to different corporate clients. 
*  Responsible for maintaining and expanding the client base. 
*  Allocation of new potentials through networking and research. 
*  interaction with customer to nurture relations with them for securing repeated business.

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Gain a thorough understanding of your clients' business, culture and successfully interpret their unique resourcing requirements 
•  Build long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing clients 
•  Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns as well as deliver service, quality and results Working with Candidates 
•  Develop and provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs 
•  Manage candidates' aspirations to ensure that they secure the career they want in an environment suitable for them 
•  Assess their skills and experience, their career goals and their suitability for different roles 
•  Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration packages Key Requirements: 
•  Ideally 3 to 6 years of work experience within recruitment consulting industry, Sales or Marketing background 
•  Experienced recruiters are welcome to apply 
•  Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude 
•  This position is only open to professionals with the right to work in Malaysia. 

The Successful Applicant The successful candidate should possess: 
• Good organizational skills and also to able to create business relationships with potential clients as needed 
• Strong networking and rapport building skills with prospective clients 
• Strong communication skills and able to deal with C-level stakeholders
