Male or female age 35-45 years.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• Graduated in any fields with at least 5 years working experience in Aluminum or Flexible packaging industries.
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Can work independently
• High sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving the KPI’s set out
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English language
• Preferably Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin both speaking and writing.
• Can be based either in Taiping, Ipoh, Penang or KL but needs to spend at least 2 days per week in Taiping Plant.
• Manage the Sales Team, giving direction to achieve the overall sales targets
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients
• Developing customized targeted sales strategies
• Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
• Closing sales and working with client through closing process
• Prepare Sales Budgets.
• Ensure that the sales targets for existing and new products are met.
• Ensure that all sales and sampling approval procedures are followed.
• Draw-up weekly visit plans to ensure that customers are regularly visited with the aim of achieving the sales targets and tapping new potential market/customers.
• Ensure daily visit reports are issued by sales team in accordance with company format. Follow-up on action plans.
• provide weekly and monthly activity reports.
• Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software Accountable for claim handling and solution to the best interest of GAW while focusing on customer satisfaction.
