Call Center Customer Service Officer (Shift Rotation)

Job Description
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, and correspondences for AzP and AzP client services. 
• To provide assistance to clients as necessary by taking required actions to arrange services and benefits according to subscriber’s needs and policy coverage. 
• Document all conversations, correspondence and actions into the case management system. 
• Work in a team environment to ensure proper case handling. 
• Work on projects as assigned by the Team Leaders and/or Manager.

Minimum requirements:
-Experience in call center in any industry (Training will be provided)
- Degree / Diploma holder in any field

Basic salary range : RM 2,000 - RM 2,600 (Vary with experience)
