Job Description:

Job Title: Change and Release coordinator

Job Location: Puchong, Selangor

Experience 4 – 8 years

Role : Permanent

Job Description:

Plan and Manage application releases of General & Life Insurance

Preparing & maintaining Release calendar and readiness tracking

Coordinate between multiple tower approvers

Being the gatekeeper for approval process

Identify potential conflicts between releases

Govern release requirements and secure executive approval

Planning and executing a release in production environment

Prepare and run the cut-over plan for every release

Run WAR bridge calls during critical or Major releases

RCA for failed releases

Support emergency releases & during MY regional holidays


Eligibility Criteria:

Release and Change management experience

Good understanding of SDLC

Exposure to Insurance clients

Experience in Agile and Waterfall release methods

Knowledge on JIRA or RALLY, and Service NOW

Application Development, Testing experience is an advantage

Reporting and analytical experience

Good command over  email composing

Flexible to work extended hours and over weekends to govern releases
