Change Management Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and monitoring Change Management work plan

- Assist in monitoring and report progress to Project Manager

- Escalate and resolve issues
- Manage the training to be delivered, including courses and instructors

- Escalate issues to CM Manager
- Manage and review all CM collaterals

- Produce timely reports on CM deliverables and stakeholder engagements

- Manage and produce CM collaterals

- Maintain proper documentation on CM deliverables at all levels

- Coordinate all CM activities inclusive of scheduling of engagements with stakeholders and training

Qualification & Requirements:

- Degree in IT, Business Admin or equivalent.

- 3–4 years of working experience.

- Excellent in English communication skills and writing are a must
