Job Description
Business development:
  • Set-up the Company and develop business plan and recommend staffing and other resources according to approved business plan
  • Lead the development, setting and execution of the Company’s short and long-term strategic planning and direction aligned with Company’s mission, vision and goals as well as in creating shareholder value
  • Generate new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions and extending service lines
  • Develop internal and external long-term relationships and networks both internally
  • Oversee design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of products and services
  • Recommend and facilitate in Company’s policies and procedures
  • Recommend staffing and financing to the Board of Directors and ensure appropriate salary structures are developed and maintained
  • Oversee the fiscal activities of the Company including budgeting, reporting and audit
  • Act as a direct liaison between the Board of Directors and management of the Company by communicate effectively with shareholders
  • Ensure that the Directors are properly informed and that sufficient information is provided to the Board to enable the Directors to form appropriate judgments
  • Model and set the Company’s culture, values, and behavior and strive to foster a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices and encourages individual integrity
  • Ensure and monitor Company’s stability a and potential risks through effective internal controls, system and procedures and management information systems to ensure adequate information flows to CEO and management of the Company
  • Review financial and non-financial reports, making presentations to investors and the board of directors, and examining strategies for cost reduction and revenue increase
  • Ensure expenditures of the Company are within the approved annual budget of the Company
  • Ensure the filing of all legal and regulatory documents and monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Audit services:
  • Provide guidance to project team on engagement, especially on banking industry
  • Provide guidance/expertise and participate in the performance of audit procedures when necessary, especially focusing on complex and/or specialized issues
  • Develop and plan project team composition to deliver values to clients, including financial projections on expected revenue and costs of projects
  • Review and approve proposals of clients’ engagements/projects
  • Presentation of proposals to clients on engagement/projects required
  • Collaborate to plan, design and determine audit strategies based on clients’ requirements
  • Provide advices and consultancy services to clients
  • Monitor engagement team against the budget, and alter if necessary
  • Review on project results and present/communicate to client on audit results and recommendations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or similar relevant field
  • Preferably 8-10 years experiences as auditor with banking/ other business/industry experiences
  • Preferably 3-5 years of corporate managerial experiences
  • Preferably few years of experience in financial institutions/banking industry or other related industry
  • Preferably holder of professional certification, i.e. CIA,ACCA, CPA
  • Must be willing to travel overseas for work purpose
