Responsibilities
Verifiably contribute to achieving the Factorys business performance through providing the managerial leadership and the continuous improvement, industrial engineering and work automation functional expertise essential to drive sustainable operational effectiveness initiatives (e.g. productivity, quality, lead time, etc.) across the whole Factory through both structured, systematic (Lean) improvement projects and daily, immediate Kaizen/Industrial Engineering activities at the line level, in support of ensuring garment production outcomes that meet the customers quality, quantity and delivery specifications.

Requirement
  1. Education qualification: Degree/ Master in business/operation management, etc.
  2. Years of experience: Minimum of 8 years on relevant job and able to lead a team
  • Other specific requirements:
    • Strong in process improvement, TQM, lean manufacturing
    • Lean Black Belt is preferable
    • Equip with production experience
    • Good communication with all colleagues in all levels, understand the needs from all level.
  • Selection process: we will arrange the shortlisted candidates for internal SHL Assessment and will consider the candidacy with both interview and assessment.
