Assist process Engineer to review customer requirements and drawings.
Prepare internal drawing
Develop CNC milling machine programming on first article product. Work with superior for properly pass over to production.
Support Production on machine and tools set up and improve spindle hours and cycle time.
Jigs & amp; Fixture improvement.
Properly maintain part program backup and documents/ drawing filing.
Highlight to superior on set up method and programming issues, process improvement and cycle time reduction.
Feedback and suggest to superior for cost effective method on part process and tools consumptions.
Assist to coordinate internal and external quality control documents on each parts.
Support and coordinate Technical briefing of production FA or IA with production supervisor and production engineers for planning and training to production machinists.
Assist superior in scheduling regular preventive maintenance. Implement program at the work place.
Constantly hold meeting with superior to discuss issues to improve process method, program to improve parts cycle time, tools consumptions, first article and customers requirement. Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Initiate meetings together with other departments to work on issue
Inspection method on production parts.
Preventive maintenance schedule.
Customer feed backs and complains.
Feedback from other departments to improve programming issues.
Candidate must possess Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical) or Certificate in CNC programming or professional CNC Milling or Turning certificates or equivalent.
Required language(s):Bahasa Malaysia, English , Mandarin
At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Good in programming, Mastercam, Autocad, Solidsworks or Edgecam.
Good in CNC machining and programming knowledge and basic of ISO knowledge.
